Mother's Day Treat Making at
GOAT Cafe
Join us for a celebration of Mom at our Mother's Day Treat Making event. Little ones will enjoy making mother’s day cards, learning songs that will make mom feel extra special, and making a healthy, take home treat for mom! Class will be held at GOAT Cafe in Delray Beach, FL. Parent/caregiver participation is not required for 5-8 year old class. Class will be 1 hour.
Prenatal Nutrition
In collaboration with the Barbara C. Gutin Prenatal & Postpartum Program at Lynn Women's Institute, this is a series of 4 nutrition classes for soon-to-be-moms. This class covers nutrition based approaches to alleviating common pregnancy symptoms, guidelines on prenatal supplements, important nutrients for pregnancy, preparing for the fourth trimester, and so much more!

Postpartum Nutrition
In collaboration with the Barbara C. Gutin Prenatal & Postpartum Program at Lynn Women's Institute and Child & Co., this is an interactive nutrition focused group for a community of postpartum moms. The group will provide open discussion about the “fourth trimester,” a safe place for new moms to interact and share their experiences, and guidance on body image, self care, and nutrition postpartum.
