I help children and families build a healthy, stress-free relationship with food through every stage of feeding. I specialize in picky eating, extreme picky eating, and ARFID, using a supportive, play-based approach that encourages food exploration without pressure. I also guide families through starting solids and early feeding, helping parents feel confident while creating positive, low-stress mealtimes that support long-term healthy habits.
I help pregnant and postpartum women feel supported and nourished through every stage of motherhood. During pregnancy, we focus on building a strong foundation for both mom and baby while managing symptoms and creating realistic, balanced eating habits. In the postpartum period, I support healing, energy, and nourishment through the physical and emotional changes of new motherhood by making nutrition simple, sustainable, and stress-free.
