During pregnancy, I focus on building a strong nutritional foundation that supports both mom and baby—addressing key nutrients, managing symptoms like nausea and fatigue, and creating balanced, realistic eating habits that fit into real life.
 

In the postpartum period, I support healing, energy, and nourishment while navigating the major physical and emotional shifts that come with new motherhood. Whether it’s rebuilding strength, supporting breastfeeding, managing blood sugar and cravings, or simply figuring out how to eat in a season that often feels overwhelming, my goal is to make nutrition feel doable, not stressful. My approach is rooted in balance, not restriction, and I aim to help moms trust their bodies, feel well-fed, and create sustainable habits that carry them beyond the postpartum period.

During pregnancy, we address key nutrition needs, symptom management, and realistic strategies to support both you and your baby. In the postpartum period, we focus on healing, energy, breastfeeding support, and rebuilding a balanced, flexible relationship with food in a time that can often feel overwhelming.
